Meetday is a host-first IRL social network and two-sided marketplace operated by Meetday Global, a company registered in India. The platform connects three types of participant: Hosts (the creators who design and run experiences), Attendees (people who discover and book those experiences), and Vendors (service providers who supply operational support).

Hosts are independent creators. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Meetday.

To use Meetday you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, not barred from using the platform under any applicable law, and willing to provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your password, and telling us promptly about any unauthorised access. Each person may hold one active account; violations can lead to permanent suspension. We may require identity verification using a government-issued document such as Aadhaar, PAN, or passport.

Attendees may browse experiences, purchase tickets, join communities, and leave reviews.

Hosts must apply for approval and maintain a minimum 4.0 rating. They create listings, set prices, receive payouts, and must comply with all applicable laws and obtain any necessary permits. Repeated cancellations without valid cause are not allowed.

Vendors are independent service providers who offer operational services through the Vendor Marketplace.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their experience listings. When an Attendee buys a ticket, a binding agreement is formed between the Attendee and the Host. Meetday acts as the payment intermediary only.

Attendee cancellation refunds work as follows:

• More than 72 hours before: full refund minus the processing fee.
• Between 24 and 72 hours before: 50% refund.
• Under 24 hours before: no refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Host cancellations trigger a full refund. Significant changes to the date, location, or format entitle Attendees to a refund; minor timing adjustments of under an hour do not.

Attendees pay no booking fee beyond the ticket price unless stated otherwise. Host fees depend on the tier:

• Discover (free, non-ticketed): no fee.
• Sell (ticketed): 20% platform fee, or 15% with a $100 per year membership.
• Community: $15 per month or $120 per year.

Payouts run through Razorpay within T+2 business days after each experience, subject to KYC and bank verification. Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST. Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days, and Meetday's decision on a payment dispute is final and binding.

Hosts may create free, paid, or invite-only community groups. Paid communities run as recurring subscriptions, with a 15% Meetday fee deducted before the host payout. Members may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. A host who dissolves a paid community must give 30 days' notice and provide prorated refunds.

You must not post false listings or reviews, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, post defamatory content, circumvent security features, scrape data, use bots, arrange off-platform payments to avoid fees, create fake accounts, offer bribes for reviews, facilitate illegal activity, share other people's contact details, or engage in harassment.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Meetday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with the platform. The Meetday brand, logo, software, and AI tools are protected, and you may not use, copy, or reproduce any Meetday intellectual property without our written permission. Any feedback you give us may be used without compensation.

Only verified Attendees may post a review, and only after attending. Reviews must be honest; fraudulent, incentivised, or abusive reviews may be removed. Hosts may not offer incentives in exchange for reviews.

All Hosts and Vendors must complete identity verification. You can report violations, and Meetday may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts. Suspended users may appeal within 14 days, and Meetday will respond within 10 business days.

Meetday is a marketplace technology platform. We do not create, organise, or run experiences ourselves, and we make no guarantee about the quality or fulfilment of any experience. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the amount you paid to Meetday in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify Meetday against claims arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes require 30 days of good-faith negotiation before binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Delhi.

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes take effect 14 days after we give notice by email and on the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Meetday. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. Meetday is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
